The cards in this game are used to move your pieces and all move your piece differently. The remaining deck is placed centrally as a draw pile. The dealer then deals each player a hand of 5 cards. The deck is shuffled and the player to the dealer’s right may cut the deck. The first dealer is chosen randomly and passes to the left for each new deal. All their pegs must be in the starting area, marked by a colored circle usually. They will then set up their colored side of the board. For all other games, 3 decks, and 6 jokers are used.Įach player will pick their color. In a 6-player game, a 6-sided board is used, and for an 8-player game, an 8-sided board is used.įor an 8-player game, 4 decks and 8 jokers are used. In a 4-player game, you use a 4-sided board. Take the peg one right of dead center downward one.Move the single rightmost peg from the cleared right leg inward toward the bottom.Now jump the outer bottom left peg back in toward the middle.Jump a page from the center out toward the stranded peg located in the bottom row of the left side.Jump the bottom peg on the left side inward.Move the leftmost peg in the bottom upward in toward the center of the board.At this point you should have a second side with the outermost row clear and only 1 peg left on the row inside that row.
